2. Client Responsibility

Coaching does not guarantee specific outcomes.
You understand that results vary depending on individual commitment and circumstances.
You remain responsible for your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing at all times.
If you are experiencing severe emotional distress or mental health concerns, we strongly encourage you to seek assistance from a qualified medical or mental health professional.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services unless written consent is provided by a parent or legal guardian.
4. Payments & Fees
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.
Payments must be made in full before services are rendered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect services already paid for.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Coaching sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least [24/48] hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled at our discretion unless required by law.
Digital products, downloadable resources, or completed sessions are non-refundable.
6. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and confidentiality. All personal information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
